In my experience there has one website. which offers free hit counter option with country flag and it shows the traffic source by country wise also. But I am little bit confuse about if this website can track unique visitor. To add country wise hit counter with flag on your website or blogspot just do the following step -
1. Visit http://flagcounter.com and configure your counter button as you like
2. Click on GET YOUR FLAG COUNTER button
3. Again click on skip button if you don't want to put email address
4. Copy your HTML code and paste it to desire location on your website
