1. From your Magento Dashboard go to – System – Configuration tab.
2. Then open Design option.
3. Click on Header tab and find the Welcome Text field.
4. Enter your new text and click the Save Config button at the top of the page to save the changes.
5. Make sure to clear Magento Cache
